Truth School was born of the abiding faith of design and education professionals in providing young minds with the fire of new thought and intellectual vigour. The Advisory Board consists of persons of eminence, intellectual prowess and professional achievement in their fields of work.


Chief Advisor : Prof Madan Mohan Pant

Prof. M.M.Pant, former Pro-Vice-Chancellor of IGNOU, has been keenly interested in using the visual medium to communicate for educational purposes. While at IIT Kanpur, as a Faculty member in the Physics Department, he collaborated with the TV Centre to script and produce a film titled “ ATOMS”, which won the International Cup of Rome award for being the best educational film for the year 1974. During his stay at IGNOU, of which he went on to become the Pro-Vice-Chancellor, he worked actively in the production of educational content. The School of Computer Science, which he was heading, produced the first entirely animated video on ‘ Computer Virus'. He was actively involved in 2-way video-conferencing using the EDUSAT system for both IGNOU and AIMA. Prof. M.M.Pant has also been associated with the Consortium for Educational Communication, a UGC supported Inter-University Centre where he helped design initiatives in the creation of short learning objects and development of courses on script writing for educational content. He has been a member of several juries for selecting educational videos for awards.


Rajeev Pant

Mr Rajeev Pant has more than 20 years of experience in developing strategies and their execution at the cutting edge levels in the top of the line organizations as an IAS allied person working with CISF, ISRO, Airports and NIFT. Having successfully turned around NIFT, Kannur campus within three years with 95 % placement success and 30% profitability. He has got 2 DG discs and 4 honoraria of DG - NIFT and also a Certificate of Honour from US Air Force. He says " I look forward to bring my thinking and execution skills and experience to deliver deep value to Truth School. It will be an exciting journey."

He has the vision to develop Truth School as a top design management and Storytelling Institute in Delhi NCR. He initiated the mission to work on student’s creative leadership and design thinking through a unique pedagogy of mentor and mentee and many experiential teaching pedagogies like Shadow a CEO etc.

His aim is to inspire a belief in the people around him toward the importance of innovation and storytelling as important career paths. He is taking the idea of setting up a 100% employability giving Storytelling Institute in India forward and continues to change the way people think about learning and learning..


Prof. Robert Jerrard

Prof Rob Jerrard is the Professor Emeritus in Design in Design Studies at Birmingham City University, Institute of Art and Design. His PhD and early work as a research fellow at the Royal College of Art centred on the specific problems faced by technology users in the creative industries. He has published widely on theoretical and social aspects of design. He is also a fellow of the ‘Design Research Society’, an Associate Editor of the ‘Design Journal’, a member of AHRC’s Peer Review College and a research consultant for several UK universities, EPSRC and international publishing groups. He lives in Birmingham.


Satish Chandra

Sri Satish Chandra is an administrator. He joined the civil service in Uttar Pradesh and was elevated early to the Indian Administrative Service. In his early administrative career, he played an important role in setting up of infrastructure projects and affordable housing projects at a time when administrative and financial bottlenecks plagued such efforts tremendously. As an administrator, he has been Joint Director of the U.P. Administrative Academy, Nainital and designed and administered courses on contemporary administration for hundreds of young administrators who are in vital positions today. He has also been Secretary of the U. P. Public Service Commission and ensured timely, efficient and trouble-free examinations of the Commission. He has also been a Director with ‘Crystal Credit Corporation’, a company which was created with the aim of providing easy and reliable financial access to the poorest of the poor in Uttarakhand. In all his endeavours in a distinguished administrative career, he has maintained the highest standards of efficiency, probity and integrity.


Prof Deepti Pant

She has taught innovation and storytelling at MICA, NIFT, Infosys, SHRM CEO meet – 2014, MIT and consulted Samsung, GSK , BMGF and LG.

She has been a professor of Innovation and Manager - New Initiatives at MICA for 8 years and has led Communication School and Design School at IMS and Pearl Academy. She has, with her team, given 98% placement to the students of her programs and colleges she has led.

She is a member of Harvard Square group of Harvard School of Business Management.

She is trained in Kathak and Dastangoi - Urdu storytelling and is an alumni of FTII + NID.She has been a corporate leadership trainer, educator and consultant in Innovation and storytelling for last two decades.And has done storytelling performances in Chandigarh, Jaipur and Kumaon literature festival performances and many such events.

In past, she, with her team, has trained over 5500 children, 123 Corporates, 28 NGOs and story goes on.


Late Prof. Atul Tandan

Prof Atul Tandan has diverse experience of 37 years, including 25 years in the industry. He worked as Marketing Manager at Hindustan Lever Ltd., as GM – Sales at Cadbury (India) Ltd., as Vice President – Marketing at Bajaj Electricals Ltd., and as Managing Director at J.L. Morison (India) Ltd. He did his B.Tech (Hons) from IIT Mumbai in 1969, followed by PGDBA from IIM, Ahmedabad in 1971. He has been director of MICA for 10 years till 2008 and now he is a mentor and advisory member of many esteemed universities, colleges and organisations. He is also actively involved in Community Development and women’s education.
